Badeau Woodworks is a Mount Pleasant-based hardwood shop specializing in live-edge slabs, custom woodwork, and slab preparation services for homeowners, designers, builders, and fellow woodworkers.
Built from a respect for the material
Badeau Woodworks was created as the woodworking division of Badeau Builds, combining hands-on craftsmanship with years of residential and commercial construction experience. The shop allows us to take hardwood from rough slab to finished piece while maintaining control over the details that determine how it looks, performs, and lasts.
We maintain a rotating inventory of kiln-dried hardwoods and work with customers at every stage—from selecting raw material to flattening, milling, finishing, and building a completed piece.

As a division of Badeau Builds, the shop brings practical construction knowledge to every piece. That matters when creating mantels, countertops, shelving, commercial installations, and architectural elements that must integrate correctly with the surrounding space.
